Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Return & Exchange Period

Exchanges or returns are allowed within 14 days from the purchase date.

2) Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be new, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be free from any damage, scratches, cracks, or defects caused by misuse.
  • The product must be in a condition that allows it to be resold immediately.
  • The original invoice/receipt must be provided.

3) Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows signs of misuse, damage, or if the conditions listed above are not met.

4) New Device Warranty

New device warranty is covered by the supplier/manufacturer warranty stated on the invoice and on the device itself. The store is not responsible for issues covered under the supplier/manufacturer warranty.

5) Return/Exchange Process

Once the item is inspected and confirmed to meet the return/exchange conditions, the return or exchange will be processed according to the store policy.

6) Store Rights

The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the requirements of this policy are not met.
